Shipping Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery Options - We currently offer the following options:

Local Delivery: Available within select zip codes or regions. Fees and availability are shown at checkout.

Standard Shipping: For items eligible for shipping (such as cookies or shelf-stable goods), we use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.Pickup

No-fee pickup: pickup from our commerical kitchen at a pre requested time. 

 

2. Processing Time - Orders typically require 1–3 business days for preparation before being shipped or delivered. Custom or large orders may require additional processing time. You will be notified if any delays occur.

 

3. Shipping Timeframes - Shipping delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Estimated transit times:Local Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery based on availability depending on location We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

 

4. Shipping Rates - Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, delivery location, and shipping method selected. Final rates will be displayed at checkout.

 

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses - Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Brown Butter Bakery is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

6. Perishable Items Disclaimer- Many of our baked goods are perishable and may be sensitive to heat or handling. We pack and ship them with care, but we cannot guarantee condition upon arrival, especially during extreme weather. We recommend someone be available to receive the delivery upon arrival.

 

7. Order Tracking - Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). Please use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.

 

8. Shipping Limitations- We currently only ship within [your region, e.g., the continental U.S.] We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time
